Great pictures!!
What a beautiful array of photos, from every corner of the earth. I envy the photographer’s, doing all the traveling and seeing the sights in real time. I know there’s more to it than just taking pictures, there’s costs of equipment and transportation and much much more but it still has it’s niceties. I thank you for generously sharing your work with all of us that are not as fortunate, that’s very noble. I’m looking forward to seeing more of your works.
These were all great photos, but my personal favorite is photo #6.
What a blessing I have received to have been to some of these wonderful places, but am sorry to have missed these sights, it was wonderful to go back into my mind & bring out my memories so I could once again enjoy them. It’s a shame we can’t take pictures of these memories, all because we didn’t happen to have our camera ready, so we too could share them with others. I’m sure that someday this will happen, but I wonder just how many years will it take, or is it already happening today? If not, it probably won’t be long at all since technology is leaping ahead, to where it’s almost impossible to keep up.
I thank every person who took their time to take these wonderful pictures, you have a eye for greatness. And Wikimedia, thank you for having your contest and sharing all of these photographs with us. What miracles that are shown here and in such detail. You can truly see God’s hand in every photograph. Thank you one and all!!
