The photographer wrote, “Had my son climb a crocodile so I could get a quick pic of him on it. As soon as he climbed one of them about 5 others started right for him. I immediately took the picture and ran to grab him. One of the crocodiles (lower left of pic) opened its mouth and was about to eat my poor boy. Scared the sh*t out of me. He lunged at him just as I grabbed him by his clothes. If I would have waited even 2 seconds more before I grabbed him, my boy would have been croc lunch. The picture is real, trust me after I showed my wife the photo she almost killed me.” Photo #6 by Rob Tom

Now I’ll have to ask God to be my Father to fill in the blanks left.
I would like to wish a very Happy Father’s Day to all the devoted dads out there that will let “boys be boys.” These treasured moments are learning experiences, even if they’re not what Mom would approve of or allow. Strength, wisdom and experience isn’t a gift you can wrap up for them as a present to put under the Christmas tree. Some of these pictures are a bit alarming because of the apparent lack of parental supervision, though.
My poor father. I’m going through these thinking “I did that… and that… and that…”.
